Role:

Project Director - £130,000 - £140,000 + Package

Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic leadership and governance across major construction projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Take ultimate responsibility for programme, cost, quality, and risk performance, overseeing senior project teams and ensuring consistent delivery standards.
• Lead client and stakeholder relationships at executive level, managing key accounts and resolving high-level commercial or contractual issues.
• Oversee procurement strategy, commercial management, and contract administration, ensuring projects achieve targeted margins and value outcomes.
• Mentor and develop senior management teams, embedding best practice in project delivery, health & safety, and quality assurance.
• Support business growth through early engagement in tenders, bid strategy, resourcing planning, and operational expansion.
