Quantity Surveyor

💰 £60,000 – £90,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor to join and play a key role in driving profitability, managing risk, and delivering best value across construction projects.

Working closely with the wider commercial team, you’ll take ownership of cost control from procurement through to final account — while supporting and mentoring junior team members.

The Role

• Subcontract procurement and package management
• Cost control, forecasting, and CVR reconciliation
• Client valuations and applications for payment
• Change control and variation management
• Value engineering to improve margin and reduce risk
• Correct application of main contract terms (JCT)
• Financial reporting and cashflow management
• Building strong relationships across clients, consultants, and supply chain

About You

• Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying
• RICS accredited or working towards
• Experience within commercial D&B fit-out
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
• Organised, detail-driven, and confident communicator
