For those that arent aware, the ISO certification provides businesses with so many benefits – It’s allowed us to consistently look for ways that we could be improving the quality of our services, It’s helped us to improve our processes & procedures and to have a better understanding of our client's needs.
Best defined as, 'A set of processes, policies and procedures needed by an organisation to plan and perform its activities whilst maintaining a consistent level of quality.'
ISO standard is designed to be flexible enough for use by any organization, large or small, regardless of its field of activity - there are over one million companies and organizations in over 170 countries certified to ISO 9001.
Whilst the results are great, there is always room for improvements! That’s why we’re super excited for the targets & goals we have set in place and will be striving towards smashing these over the coming months.
