After going through a hard labour in a Farringdon public house one evening, three maverick recruiters welcomed a healthy master business plan. Born from a desire to disrupt the world of construction recruitment based on their own observances of where the industry fell short, they began to grow a unique brand aligned with their values, aspirations and idealistic millennial daydreams that they were sure they could turn into reality.
With visions of glamorous start-up offices filled with bean bags, beer fridges and widescreen TVs, they secured a £20,000.00 loan and fired up three over-specced Macs to format CVs and fire off endless emails.
As dreamers do, they embraced a salary- and security-free lifestyle spent mainly in a windowless broom cupboard office in the heart of Brick Lane. There, they set out to deliver first-class service and build a reputation for quality.
