I’m working with a highly respected main contractor, approaching 70 years in business and widely recognised for delivering complex commercial fit out and refurbishment projects across London.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, they’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Central London team.
Requirements:
🔹Commercial fit out & refurbishment experience
🔹 Main contractor background
🔹 Strong commercial & cost management skills
🔹 Ambitious and career-driven
You’ll be working on high-quality CAT A & CAT B schemes, structural alterations and cut & carve projects — all within a business known for repeat clients, strong leadership and genuine progression opportunities.
