An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned, prime central London residential developer delivering high-end, design-led projects in some of the capital’s most prestigious locations.
This established business specialises in luxury single residences, complex period refurbishments, boutique apartment schemes, and bespoke new-build homes. Individual project values typically range from £5m to £50m+.

The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for high-value residential schemes from pre-construction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end cost management
- Procurement and management of specialist subcontract packages
- Budget control, forecasting, and CVR reporting
- Managing variations and contractual compliance (JCT)
- Value engineering while maintaining design quality
- Working closely with development, design, and construction teams
- Reporting to senior leadership
About You
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects
- Strong background in complex refurbishments and structural works
- Experience managing projects in the £5m – £50m+ range
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge
- Detail-oriented, professional, and quality-focused
- Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, design-led environment
