Client: Following the recent appointment of a standout Operations Director, our client is one of London`s fastest growing M&E contractors and is seeking to hire a Mechanical Construction Manager to join their growing and vibrant team in the city. They are a well-established company who have shown pure excellence and growth over the years, from only doing small renovations to now multi-million-pound projects. The business has gone from 80 million to 100 million in turnover in just two years and they have a full order book for this and next year. They predominantly work across the shell and core, fit out projects in the commercial, Laboratory and Hospital sectors. Role/Responsibilities:

·       Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)

·       Short term programming.

·       Health & Safety (RAMS).

·       Technical Submissions.

·       Preparation/issuing all RFI.

·       Sub-contractor coordination.

·       Management of commissioning stages

·       Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors

·       Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client

·       Weekly site and Progress meetings

The ideal candidate:

·      Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.

·      Experience working in the laboratory, commercial or healthcare sector

·      Experience managing projects to a minimum of £2M within your own discipline
