About the role:
The business is currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their delivery team and play a key role in managing complex fit out and refurbishment projects across London, initially joining to lead a £15m commercial cut & carve refurbishment scheme.
This is a senior site leadership role within a stable and growing contractor, offering strong exposure to technically challenging refurbishment schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across complex fit out and refurbishment projects
- Manage subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades
- Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with company H&S standards
- Coordinate site logistics and sequencing across multiple work packages
- Monitor programme performance and drive progress on site
- Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and commercial teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Ensure high standards of quality and delivery across all site activities
