About the role:

The business is currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join their delivery team and play a key role in managing complex fit out and refurbishment projects across London, initially joining to lead a £15m commercial cut & carve refurbishment scheme.

This is a senior site leadership role within a stable and growing contractor, offering strong exposure to technically challenging refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across complex fit out and refurbishment projects
• Manage subcontractors, site teams and specialist trades
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with company H&S standards
• Coordinate site logistics and sequencing across multiple work packages
• Monitor programme performance and drive progress on site
• Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers and commercial teams
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
• Ensure high standards of quality and delivery across all site activities
