We’re seeking an experienced project manager to lead two high-value commercial office fit-out projects starting mid-April, one in Leeds and the other in Sheffield.
You’ll be joining a top-tier London-based Design & Build business delivering high-quality, fast-paced office fitouts across the UK.
Ideal for local candidates in the Leeds area or for London-based candidates willing to stay in Leeds and commute as needed.
Project Details
- Leeds £5m Cat B Fit Out
- City centre, 27-week programme
- Primary project: 3-4 days/week on-site, supported by a strong construction manager managing day-to-day operations.
- Sheffield £4m Office Fit Out
- City centre, 20-week programme
- 1–2 days/week as required, supported by a strong construction manager managing day-to-day operations.
Key Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day project delivery, ensuring programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Manage client, subcontractor, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements
- Lead project reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience delivering Cat A/B fit-out or structural refurb projects circa £5mnm+ preferred)
- Strong background working with reputable main contractors or fit-out specialists
- Confident in managing complex, fast-paced programmes
- Excellent technical understanding and drawing interpretation
- Strong leadership presence and ability to drive site performance
Rate & Additional Info
- £450–£550/day (negotiable)
- Accommodation flexibility considered
- Open to Ltd company contractors
- Director support with periodic check-ins from the Director
- Potential future London-based projects after these have been completed
