Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring drylining works are delivered safely, on programme, and to required quality standards.
· Supervise subcontractors and trades, coordinating labour, materials, and sequencing of works.
· Monitor progress against programme and report updates to the Project Manager
· Maintain strict health & safety compliance, conducting inductions, toolbox talks, and ensuring RAMS adherence.
· Carry out quality inspections and manage snagging to achieve right-first-time delivery.
· Proven experience in drylining, partitions, ceilings, or interior fit out projects.
