Rate: £250 -£280 per day (DOE, CIS)

The Project

Join an exciting high-spec commercial fit-out project valued at £3m, covering full Cat A & B works. This role offers the opportunity to deliver premium finishes in a logistically challenging urban environment, supported by an experienced project and design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day site operations across multiple floors.
• Drive programme sequencing and coordinate subcontractors effectively.
• Maintain rigorous health & safety standards and quality compliance.
• Manage logistics within a constrained site environment.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure delivery of high-end finishes to exacting standards.

About You

• Proven experience delivering Cat A/B fit-out or structural refurbishment projects up to £3m.
• Experience with reputable design & build contractors or specialist fit-out teams.
• Strong technical understanding with excellent drawing interpretation skills.
• Leadership presence with the ability to drive site performance.
• Experience working on tight urban sites in high-demand environments.
