Role:
Project Manager - £100,000 - £110,000 + Package
Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and resources, monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, contractual, and statutory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client relationships, chair progress meetings, and provide regular reports on cost, programme, and risk.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, managing variations, change control, and commercial impacts.
