Company Overview:
My client is an established UK workplace fit out contractor with over 30 years’ experience delivering high-quality commercial interiors. The business operates across both design & build and traditional fit out, working on complex CAT A and CAT B projects for blue-chip clients, landlords, and asset managers.
Projects typically range from £5m–£30m, delivered across London, supported by a strong financial platform, consistent pipeline of work, and a well-established supply chain. The company is part of a wider group, providing long-term stability, backing, and investment in people and delivery capability.
The business is currently in a significant growth phase, with a clear strategic focus on expanding its traditional fit out division. This includes strengthening site management, commercial control, and delivery teams to build a best-in-class operation within the business.
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing contractor at a pivotal stage, where experienced professionals can have genuine influence over how projects are delivered and how the division evolves. Early joiners will play a key role in shaping processes, building high-performing teams, and establishing best practice as project values and workload continue to increase.
My client offers clear long-term progression routes into Senior Management, Operations, and Project Director roles, a strong emphasis on career development, staff wellbeing, and work-life balance and a competitive salary and package
