A leading Tier One main contractor is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to join its established and growing Fit-Out division. The business delivers major projects across both public and private sectors throughout the UK, with a strong reputation for quality and consistency across complex, high-value schemes.
The role sits within a specialist Fit-Out team focused exclusively on Cat A and Cat B projects, typically £10-50m+ in value. With a strong pipeline of secured and tendered work, this is an excellent opportunity to take a senior commercial role on some of the UK’s most significant fit-out projects.
The Role
As Senior Commercial Manager, you will take a lead role across major fit-out projects, overseeing commercial performance from pre-construction through to final account. You will manage and develop commercial teams, work closely with operational leadership, and play a key role in driving profitability, risk management, and commercial best practice across the division.
