Operations Director Role:
Strategic Leadership
- Drive operational strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure sustainable and profitable expansion.
Project Delivery Oversight
- Oversee multiple live schemes across London.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Responsible for operational P&L performance.
- Monitor CVRs, margin protection and forecast accuracy.
Work Winning & Client Engagement
- Contribute to two-stage and negotiated tender processes.
- Maintain and develop key client and consultant relationships.
Profile Required:
- Proven experience delivering major fit out / refurbishment projects (£20m–£100m+).
- Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
- Experience across both project delivery and pre-construction / work-winning environments.
- Board-level client credibility.
- Calm, decisive and solutions-driven leadership style.
- Open to established Operations Directors or senior Project Directors ready to step up.
