The Opportunity
A leading global construction management and general contracting firm is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its growing UK team. The business operates internationally and is recognised for delivering high-quality projects across a wide range of sectors.
The UK operation is expanding rapidly, supported by a strong and consistent project pipeline. Projects span corporate interiors, healthcare, education, financial services, technology, hospitality, retail, and life sciences, providing excellent exposure to varied, high-profile schemes within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, you will assist with cost control, procurement, valuations, variations, and subcontractor management, while developing your technical and contractual knowledge on live projects.
