A design-led workplace fit-out specialist is seeking a Commercial Manager to join its growing Landlord division. The business delivers fast-track commercial office fit-out projects, with all services delivered in-house, allowing for full control from concept through to delivery.

The Role
As Commercial Manager, you will support Project Directors in securing and delivering fast-track commercial office fit-out projects, ensuring robust commercial due diligence is completed pre-contract and that projects are delivered to agreed margin, programme, and quality targets.
You will take ownership of project profitability from initial sales stage through delivery, managing commercial risk and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle. The role covers both pre-contract and post-contract responsibilities, offering broad exposure and influence across the business.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Leading pre-contract commercial activities, including cost planning, tender analysis, contract negotiation, and risk assessment
- Managing subcontractor procurement, surveys, validations, and scope development
- Supporting delivery teams to maintain or improve project margins post-contract
- Attending client meetings and contributing to commercial strategy and reporting
- Ensuring smooth project handovers from pre-construction into delivery
- You will report directly to a Senior Commercial Manager and work closely with senior leadership and project delivery teams.
