£35M commercial cut & carve
Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.
Role:
Senior Construction Manager
Salary:
Up to £100,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)
Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Construction Manager:
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, to quality standards and within budget.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers, providing clear direction and maintaining strong project relationships.
- Oversee programme planning, sequencing and progress, identifying risks, delays and constraints and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Take ownership of construction planning, logistics, methodology, RAMS, temporary works and coordination of multiple work packages.
- Drive health & safety, quality and compliance across the project, ensuring company procedures, statutory requirements and client expectations are consistently met.
- Lead client and stakeholder liaison, providing regular progress updates, resolving issues and maintaining strong commercial and professional relationships throughout the project.
