The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. You`ll take ownership from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent client relationships throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of commercial fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor programme, quality, commercial performance, and project risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and design teams.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, company procedures, and quality standards.
- Manage project variations and resolve issues proactively to achieve successful outcomes.
About You
- Proven experience delivering commercial office fit-out or design & build projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication abilities.
- Commercially aware with experience managing project programmes and budgets.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality projects.
- Relevant construction qualification or equivalent industry experience.
