Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager, you’ll be at the helm of this mission, transforming visionary designs into tangible structures, enhancing spaces that inspire and innovate.

Performance Objectives

  • Lead and execute high-quality CAT A and CAT B projects on schedule and within budget, maintaining our standards of excellence.
  • Coordinate with internal architectural and design teams to seamlessly integrate design elements into every phase of construction.
  • Oversee the cladding, structures, and technical installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring comprehensive communication and satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
  • Implement strategic cost management plans to maximize resource efficiency and deliver value-driven results.
  • Utilize value engineering techniques to critically evaluate and enhance project deliverables, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the construction team.

Environment & Resources

You will be reporting directly to senior leadership while collaborating closely with our in-house architectural and MEPh design teams. Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing fit-out or construction projects, with a portfolio that demonstrates successful project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the cladding, structures, and installation processes, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong client relationships and leading diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and tools to streamline project workflows and reporting.
  • Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure, with a focus on cost efficiency and resource management.
