£35M commercial cut & carve
Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.

Salary:
Up to £140,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of major fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Provide strategic leadership across project teams, ensuring programme, commercial, quality and health & safety targets are achieved.
- Manage key client, consultant and stakeholder relationships, acting as the senior point of contact throughout delivery.
- Oversee procurement, commercial performance, risk management and supply chain strategy across the project.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers and wider delivery teams, driving performance and accountability.
- Identify project risks and opportunities, implement mitigation strategies and ensure successful delivery in line with business objectives.
