We are working with a respected construction contractor looking for a proven Project Manager who can take ownership of a major project, lead delivery teams and drive successful completion of a high-quality workplace environment.

The Opportunity
• Lead delivery of a £50m+ commercial office fit-out project.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants and client stakeholders.
• Drive programme, quality, safety and commercial performance.
• Work closely with commercial, design and technical teams.
• Resolve challenges and keep delivery on track.
• Build strong relationships across the project team and supply chain.
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering major commercial fit-out, refurbishment or complex construction projects.
Ideally you will have:
• Main contractor experience.
• Proven delivery of projects valued at £30m+.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant construction qualifications and tickets.
