The project involves the refurbishment and conversion of an existing residential space together with the construction of a new basement and an extension.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the project through to completion, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee programme management and project planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Coordinate design information and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and compliance are maintained at all times.
- Chair progress meetings and provide regular project updates to Directors.
- The successful Project Manager taking overall responsibility for the refurbishment and extension works, while coordinating the basement contractor to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
