Rate: £270 - £320 per day CIS

We are working with an established London contractor on a prestigious £100m+ 5-star hotel development in West London and are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join the project immediately.

This is a fast-paced, high-specification environment with an immediate requirement to drive the project through its final stages and towards handover.

The Role

• Manage finishing works across the project through to handover.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades.
• Drive snagging, quality and completion activities.
• Liaise with the wider construction team, consultants and client.
• Ensure works are delivered on programme and to a high standard.

The Candidate

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on major construction projects.
• Background in hotel, residential, commercial or high-end fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, snagging and handover.
• Confident in managing subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Strong IT and documentation skills.
• Available immediately or at short notice.
