Technical Services Manager (TSM) – Major Central London Project

Location: Central London (predominantly office-based)

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + package

Experience Level: 5–8 years

We are working with a leading contractor on a major £30M Design & Build project in Central London, currently at pre-design stage following a recent project win.

They are looking to appoint a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to play a key role in the early phases and throughout delivery.

The Role

• Take ownership of technical services as part of a major D&B scheme
• Work closely with design and delivery teams from early-stage development through to completion
• Coordinate MEP design, ensuring technical compliance and buildability
• Act as a key interface between consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

Requirements

• 5–8 years’ experience within a contractor or relevant environment
• Strong design background with a solid understanding of technical services
• Good balance of technical knowledge and practical delivery awareness
• Experience working on D&B projects is highly desirable
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
