Client:
My client has been established for over 35 years and initially started life as a stone masonry specialist and over the years have progressed into being a fully-fledged main contractor specialising in restoration and refurbishments on well known landmark projects in London. They have since established various divisions within the business that cater for their diverse client base. I am currently working with the London division which contributes the largest proportion of the company’s turnover and profitability.
Projects will typically range between £500,000k to £40M as an average however they have a number of larger projects currently on site.
Project: 15M landmark restoration project in West end of London
Role: Project Manager – Central London – Up To £60,000 + Pension + Progression
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources in line with agreed plans
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication
- Track project progress and report on status, risks, and issues
- Assist in managing project budgets and monitoring costs
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, procedures, and project requirements
