Senior 3D Visualiser – Design & Build Commercial Fit Out

Salary: Up to £80,000 depending on experience

We are a growing Design & Build contractor specialising in high-quality commercial fit-out and workplace projects. With an expanding portfolio of high-profile projects and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking for an experienced and creative Senior 3D Visualiser to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented visualiser with a strong understanding of commercial fit-out and Design & Build delivery to play a key role in how projects are designed, developed and presented.

Working closely with our design, pre-construction and project delivery teams, you will transform architectural information, technical drawings and project requirements into high-quality 3D models, CGI, animations and client presentations.

You will have the opportunity to work on major commercial projects, take ownership of your work and help shape the way our projects are visualised and communicated to clients.

The Role

As a Senior 3D Visualiser, you will take responsibility for producing high-quality 3D models and visual content that bring our commercial fit-out and Design & Build proposals to life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-quality 3D models, renders and visualisations for commercial fit-out and Design & Build projects
• Developing detailed 3D environments for workplaces, offices, reception areas, meeting rooms, breakout spaces and other commercial interiors
• Translating architectural drawings, 2D CAD information, specifications and technical data into accurate and engaging 3D environments
• Producing concept visuals, design development imagery, detailed room visuals and client presentation material
• Creating CGI renders, animations, walkthroughs and fly-throughs for client presentations and internal use
• Supporting pre-construction, tender and bid teams with compelling visual content
• Producing 3D site and project information where required, including phasing, logistics, access and construction sequencing
• Working closely with Design Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, Commercial Managers, Planners, Architects, Engineers and clients
• Presenting complex design and construction information in a clear and engaging way
• Taking ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery
• Ensuring visualisations accurately reflect the proposed design, materials, finishes and construction approach
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced commercial environment
• Helping to develop and improve the company`s 3D visualisation standards, workflows and capabilities
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the design and visualisation team where appropriate

About You

We are looking for an experienced 3D Visualiser who combines strong creative skills with a sound understanding of commercial fit-out and construction.

You will ideally have:

• 5+ years` experience in 3D visualisation, architectural visualisation, interior design visualisation, 3D CAD or a similar built-environment role
• Proven experience working for, or closely with, a Design & Build contractor
• Strong experience delivering commercial fit-out projects, ideally including CAT A, CAT B and workplace schemes
• A good understanding of commercial interiors, construction methods, materials, finishes and buildability
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D modelling, CGI and visualisation work
• Excellent 2D CAD skills, with the ability to interpret and produce accurate technical drawings
• Experience with software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Navisworks, Twinmotion, Enscape, Lumion or similar
• A strong understanding of materials, lighting, composition and visual presentation
• The ability to turn technical and design information into clear, engaging and commercially effective visuals
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for quality
• Experience producing visuals for client presentations, tenders and pre-construction proposals
• Confidence working with project teams, senior stakeholders and clients
• The ability to manage your own workload and deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines
• A proactive, creative and commercially aware approach
• Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude

Previous commercial Design & Build / fit-out experience is essential.
