They have a reputation for delivering fast pace fit out projects for the likes of Collins, Parkeray and BW. The business has just been acquired by a new Managing Director who has aspirations to increase the turnover. Following a successful first 12 months, they have been appointed on projects for Mace, Ambit and 8Build.

Role: Mechanical Project Manager - £90,000 - £100,000 + Travel + Healthcare + Gym Membership + Pension

My client has a reputation for delivering commercial office fit-out projects up to circa £8m MEP value. Following the takeover, they are tendering projects in excess of £10m MEP value.

Role/Responsibilities:

·      Programming

·      Technical Submittals

·      Procurement

·      Sub-contractor and Labour Management

·      Cost Control

·      Progress Reporting

·      Health & Safety

·      Project & Programme Implementation

·      Understanding of design and drawings

·      Technical & Progress Meetings

·      Regular Site Inspection and Snagging

·      Compilation of O&M Manuals

The ideal candidate:

·      Have 3-5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations.

·      Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.

·      Experience working in the commercial sector.
