Senior Building Services Manager – Major Central London Development
A leading main contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Building Services Manager to join the team delivering a major mixed-use development in Central London.
This is a high-profile, technically complex scheme being delivered directly above an operational Underground station, combining commercial space, retail, leisure and extensive public realm.
The project has a particularly strong focus on sustainability and building performance, incorporating some genuinely interesting MEP solutions and ambitious environmental targets.
You’ll take a senior role within the project team, overseeing the building services delivery from a technical, commercial and programme perspective, working closely with the design team, specialist subcontractors and wider construction team.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience managing MEP/building services packages on major projects
- Is comfortable operating at Senior MEP Project Manager / Building Services Manager level
- Has experience with technically complex commercial, residential or mixed-use schemes
- Can lead subcontractors and drive design, programme and quality
- Wants to be involved in a project that will be a genuine landmark for the area
Package:
- Up to £105,000 basic salary
- Car allowance
