The Role
Opportunity for a Lead QS to take full commercial responsibility on a £9m Cat B office fit out project in London.
Key Duties
- Lead project commercially from pre-construction to final account
- Manage procurement and subcontract packages
- Oversee variations, CVRs & reporting
- Drive cost control and value engineering
- Act as the main commercial lead on site
Requirements
- Proven experience in fit out / interiors
- Strong background delivering Cat B projects
- Experience on schemes £5m–£10m
- Comfortable operating as the No.1 QS
- Good working knowledge of JCT contracts
