Project:
£30M Commercial refurbishment with significant cut-and-carve and structural alterations
Roles & Responsibilities as a Project Manager:
- Take full ownership of the project from pre-construction through to handover.
- Manage programme, logistics and sequencing for a complex live refurbishment environment.
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants to ensure safe, high-quality delivery.
- Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and clear communication.
- Oversee design coordination, technical queries and structural interfaces.
- Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets, variations and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company procedures and statutory requirements.
- Drive the project to completion on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
Salary & Package
- Salary: Up to £120,000 (dependent on experience)
