I’m currently representing a well-respected family-owned tier one Main Contractor or that work across build, construction, fit out projects within both private and public sectors operating across the UK. As a Group they have a proven track record delivering a variety of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Retail, and Residential schemes ranging from small works to major projects.

Within this division all the projects will be solely within Fit out across Cat A and Cat B ranging from 50 Million + in value so previous large fit out project experience is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing major project fit out division within the next 5 years to a 350 million turnover business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for delivery of Cat A / Cat B fit-out projects from pre-construction through to handover.
• Management of programme, cost, quality, and H&S in line with contract and client expectations.
• Lead pre-construction activities including design coordination, procurement strategy, and value engineering.
• Day-to-day management of site teams, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes; monitor progress and drive recovery actions.
• Control project budgets, cash flow, variations, and final accounts.

£15M+ Cat B Fit-Out project.

Salary:

For this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive salary up to £110,000 + package depending on experience.
