Following recent restructure and growth, my client has had a complete revamp seeing turnover increase by 33% in the past year. Given the new senior leadership team, they expect the next 5 years to be similar in terms of growth and profits.
Role: Mechanical Project Manager - £85,000 - £95,000 + Travel + Healthcare + Pension + Other Benefits
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a £25m+ M&E Package consisting of laboratories and office space. You will have a team of engineers to assist with preconstruction and construction managers for the delivery.

- Handover meeting with QS/Estimator
- Technical Submittals
- Procurement
- Sub-contractor and Labour Management
- Cost Control
- Progress Reporting
- Health & Safety
- Project & Programme Implementation
- Understanding of design and drawings
- Technical & Progress Meetings
- Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
- Compilation of O&M Manuals
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within the Labs, Healthcare or Office Sector
- Experience in a project management role
- Longevity in previous employment
- Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
