Their Healthcare/Labs division delivers bespoke projects for hospitals, research labs, and medical facilities, with a strong focus on cutting-edge innovation and compliance with healthcare standards.

We are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity to join a tier 1, well-respected construction company as a Lead Design Manager, this role is specializing in the Healthcare and Laboratory projects division. This role involves leading multiple high-value projects and offers the potential to become Head of the Department.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Design Manager for Construction, Healthcare and Laboratory projects division

  • As the Lead Design Manager, you will oversee the design of multiple healthcare and lab projects, ensuring they meet industry standards.
  • Managing and leading design teams across multiple projects.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define design scopes.
  • Developing detailed design schedules and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Representing the company in client meetings and ensuring project success.

After going through a hard labour in a Farringdon public house one evening, three maverick recruiters welcomed a healthy master business plan.
