The Opportunity
We are seeking Estimators within the Electrical, Mechanical disciplines to support major data center projects across Europe. The role focuses on delivering accurate, comprehensive estimates that support world-class data center construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, develop, and support project estimates.
- Review project plans and specifications to confirm complete scope coverage.
- Contribute to estimating database development and benchmarking.
- Review subcontractor and vendor bid packages.
- Complete labour, material, equipment, and subcontract pricing.
- Coordinate proposal and construction schedules with the Planning/Scheduling team.
- Assist in preparing written execution plans and technical clarifications.
- Compile all required bid submittal documentation.
- Participate in project and team meetings, supporting project teams as required.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant industry (construction, mechanical, electrical, CSA, etc.).
- Degree or higher education in a related discipline.
- Proven estimating experience, ideally within data center projects or similar large-scale builds.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
