Client: My client is one of the UK`s leading independent building services companies that specialises in several sectors including commercial, education, data centres, healthcare and retail. Role: Commissioning Lead – Pay Rate - £550 - £750 per day

The successful candidate will be working on a Data Centre project in North Acton.

Role/Responsibilities:

·      To manage, lead and coordinate projects in all matters relating to Commissioning Management and Validation for mechanical, public health, BEMS and controls and all building engineering specialist engineering services.

·      To manage, lead and coordinate all matters relating to those specific sites from Commissioning Management and Validation perspective.

·      To manage the Commissioning Management and Validation Services as required by the Business Assurance Scheme (QA)

·      To be responsible for all aspects of site safety for yourself and others including risk assessment, method statements.

The ideal candidate:

·      Will be computer literate, happy to interact with client and get stuck in on site

·      Experience working in the commercial or data centre sector

·      Ideally the candidate will have delivered Data Centres for Vantage, Yondr, Ark or Equinix etc.

·      Have the right forward thinking attitude
