Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + £7,200 Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Travel + Healthcare

Location: Heathrow (4 days onsite / 1 day remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning activities across medium to high-complexity projects or programmes.
• Develop & manage project schedules using advanced planning and scheduling tools.
• Apply project controls techniques such as Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Manage and develop a team of planning professionals.
• Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Ensure alignment with carbon reduction and sustainability goals.
• Drive safety culture and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive planning experience across multi-disciplinary construction sectors.
• Strong command of planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Understanding of project controls, value management & EVM.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management ability.
• Excellent written & verbal communication.

Qualifications & Memberships

• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• Membership of a recognised body e.g. APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA (or demonstrable CPD).
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, sustainability, and carbon impact.
