Role: Digital Construction Coordinator
Reporting to: Senior Digital Construction Manager
Project: New Build Commercial Office Development

An industry-leading Tier One main contractor is seeking an experienced Digital Construction Coordinator to join their team on a flagship new build commercial office project. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering best-in-class BIM, information management, and digital construction processes on a high-profile scheme.
Working closely with the Senior Digital Construction Manager, you will support the implementation and delivery of digital strategy and information management requirements across the full project lifecycle. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining site presence with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), both pre- and post-appointment.
- Implement and manage the organisation’s Information Management framework across the project, collaborating closely with design management, commercial, planning, information control, carbon, fire, and external project stakeholders.
- Ensure consultants and supply chain partners comply with the digital production methods and procedures defined within the BIM Execution Plan.
- Mobilise project information systems and digital technologies in line with agreed standards and project requirements.
- Deliver training and provide ongoing support to internal and external teams as part of project mobilisation and throughout delivery.
- Lead digital coordination workshops, federating 3D models from consultants and subcontractors, identifying clashes and risks, and driving collaborative resolution.
- Oversee the collection, validation, and reporting of COBie and other structured data at key project information exchange points.
- Work closely with the Project Information Controller to ensure full compliance within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Track and report against digital KPIs established by the project and digital leadership teams to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and technical support relating to information management and digital tools.
- Stay informed on emerging industry trends and technologies that could enhance project delivery and digital performance.
- Contribute to the wider digital function within the business, participating in strategic forums and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in a Digital Construction, BIM, or Information Management role within a Tier One contractor or major project environment.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, model coordination, and Common Data Environments.
- Experience managing consultant and supply chain compliance with digital processes.
- Confident facilitating coordination workshops and engaging multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver training and technical support.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset.
