Senior Project Manager – MEP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading building services delivery team working on large-scale commercial developments in London.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the operational management and delivery of complex MEP packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across fast-paced projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of major MEP packages on large commercial construction projects
• Manage programme, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover activities
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor interfaces
• Monitor project performance across safety, quality, commercial, and programme targets
• Drive project planning, sequencing, risk management, and contingency planning
• Ensure compliance with all relevant technical and H&S standards
• Support financial reporting, forecasting, and commercial management processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lessons learned initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale MEP projects within the commercial construction sector
• Strong understanding of project delivery, sequencing, and stakeholder coordination
• Experience managing high-value MEP packages on complex developments
• Ability to lead project teams and maintain delivery against programme and budget
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• SMSTS or equivalent health & safety qualification preferred
