With a specialism in commercial office, rail and datacentres projects, they also work in public, retail, health and pharmaceutical sectors. Role: Senior Electrical Project Engineer – London – Salary £70,000 - £90,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Full Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus

The successful candidate will be based on a rail scheme in Acton.

Role/Responsibilities:

·      Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications

·      Assist with management of design stage

·      Procurement of sub-contractors, kit and plant

·      Investigate Value Engineering

·      Assist with preparation of Contract Documents I.e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFI’s, etc.

·      Coordination and management of direct labor

·      Instruct and coordinate site managers

·      Progress reporting

·      Overseeing commissioning and testing

·      Working with Quantity Surveyor on Commercial Accounts

·      Preparation of OMs for final project handover

The ideal candidate:

·      Ideally have a HNC or HND and good technical knowledge of Electrical services.

·      Experience working in the rail sector

·      Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine,Mace, Wates, etc.

·      Have the right forward thinking attitude
