My client undertakes projects up to £100M+, across both public and private sector. The business has developed a strong reputation for delivering technically demanding schemes, particularly in sensitive or logistically constrained environments.
With a proven track record of successful delivery and longstanding client relationships, they are now seeking an additional Project Manager to join the team.

Job Title: Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
- Overseeing project programmes, budgets and resources to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, site teams and consultants to maintain progress and quality standards.
- Managing health and safety, risk assessments and compliance with relevant regulations across all project stages.
- Monitoring project costs, procurement, variations and reporting to ensure commercial targets are achieved.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring all works meet the required specifications, quality standards and client expectations.
