Role: Electrical Project Engineer – London – Salary £85,000 - £100,000 + Car Allowance + Full Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus

The successful candidate will be based on major data centre project in Heathrow - This is a hyperscale DC with 400MW. This is a great opportunity to join a scheme from day one - the scheme is going through PCSA then another 18 months of preconstruction.

Kicking off onsite in Q2 2028

Role/Responsibilities:

·      Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications

·      Assist with management of design stage

·      Procurement of sub-contractors, kit and plant

·      Investigate Value Engineering

·      Assist with preparation of Contract Documents I.e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFI’s, etc.

·      Coordination and management of direct labor

·      Instruct and coordinate site managers

·      Progress reporting

·      Overseeing commissioning and testing

·      Working with Quantity Surveyor on Commercial Accounts

·      Preparation of OMs for final project handover

The ideal candidate:

·      Ideally have a HNC or HND and good technical knowledge of Electrical services.

·      Experience working in the rail sector

·      Ideally the candidate will have subcontracted to main contractors such as Sir Robert McAlpine,Mace, Wates, etc.

·      Have the right forward thinking attitude
