Senior Technical Services Manager
Salary: 90,000+ Permanent London

The Client

Since their inception my client have established themselves as one of London’s leading contractors within the cut and carve, refurbishment, new build and prime fit out sectors. They were established over 15 years ago by a group of directors who were formerly part of the senior management team at one of the UK’s largest contractors. Disagreeing with the route the business was going they decided to start their own contractor and they have since gone from strength to strength. Initially they started as a specialist in workplace CAT A, CAT B fit outs and commercial refurbishments but gradually started undertaking projects with more structural alterations. Fast forward 20 years and a typical project will be taking place on a ‘postage stamp’ location with challenging access, elements of façade retention, basement excavation, adding/ removing floors, relocation/ installation of the core or even a demolition and new build followed by a prime fit out or sympathetic restoration.

Our client have strived to maintain a ‘family feel’ within the business with emphasis being placed on all directors and senior management getting to build strong relationships with their teams. Due to their organic growth they have established three key divisions who hold regular social and team building events with each business unit promoting a spirit of comradery and togetherness. The benefit of each division is that they are biased towards a client split as opposed to a sector split meaning each division will have a wide variety of projects on site at any one time. The business has established a turnover of circa £150m.
