Project:
£45m Commercial Cut & Carve
Complex structural refurbishment and repositioning of an existing commercial building, incorporating extensive building services upgrades, façade and glazing works, full CAT A delivery and the transformation of reception and communal areas. Responsible for coordinating multiple specialist packages through the construction programme to final completion and handover.

Senior Project Manager
Salary:
Up to £120,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)
Roles & Responsibilities of a Senior Project Manager:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from pre-construction and mobilisation through to completion and handover.
- Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants and the wider supply chain to ensure successful project delivery.
- Take overall responsibility for programme, sequencing and project milestones, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
- Oversee commercial performance, including budgets, procurement, variations, cost control and project profitability.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, chairing progress meetings and providing clear project reporting.
- Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, quality and compliance, while delivering projects on time, within budget and to the required specification.
