Salary: £80,000 + Car Allowance + Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus

The Client 

Our client is a Leading Principal Contractor seeking a Top M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a tam working on a variety of projects in the commercial, healthcare sectors and more.

The business currently turns over £1B and has delivered multiple state of the art projects both in London and across the country. They also have an exciting pipeline of work for 2025.

Working out of their London business unit you will be responsible for the commercial management of MEP services across a major project or cluster of smaller projects.

Role & Responsibilites 

• Preparation of work scopes and contract documentation
• Liaising with professional teams throughout a supply chain
• Preparation of project administration documents
• Reconciliation of sub-contract tenders
• In depth knowledge of electrical services and methods of installation
• Good knowledge of mechanical services and methods of installation
• Preparation of monthly valuations
• Preparation and management of variation accounts
• Preparation of schedule of rate documents
• Management of sub-contractors accounts
• Monthly cost reporting
• Procurement of material
• Preparing estimates / variations from drawings and specifications
• Presentation of information in a clear and understandable manner
• A good understanding of JCT contract forms
