Role

Senior Electrical Project Manager – London – Salary £85,000 - £100,000 (depending on experience) + £4,000 Car Allowance + Full Travel Expenses + Pension + Healthcare + Bonus

Reporting to a Project Director the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a £8M package electrical package. The project is a complete refurbishment of an Office building in Picadilly. This is a unique offering as the building services contractor are working directly for the client.

• Cost Control
• Progress Reporting
• Health & Safety
• Project & Programme Implementation
• Understanding of design and drawings
• Technical & Progress Meetings
• Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
• Compilation of O&M Manuals

The ideal candidate will have

• Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
• Experience in a project management role
• Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.
