Currently working with one of London’s leading contractors within the cut and carve, refurbishment, new build and prime fit out sectors. They are seeking a highly organised Receptionist to join their team. This role requires a blend of administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
This is a social role, and you will need to be confident and have a presentable approach when greeting guests and clients. You will be expected to manage the front desk and all meeting rooms, as well as assisting the Reception Manager/Head of Business Administration & HR in all aspects of the day-to-day administration and building maintenance of the Head Office building. Other duties are as follow:
- Ensure that reception duties are performed to a high standard including meeting and greeting Clients, Professional Teams and Subcontractor.
- Meeting rooms: diary management of all meeting rooms, ensure IT equipment is functioning and ready to use where necessary, refreshment areas are fully stocked, and the space is left clean and clear after use.
- Phone Management: answer incoming calls, take messages, transfer and filter as appropriate.
