Role: Mechanical Project Manager - £400 - £450 per day
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical package which is part of a £18m MEP new build commercial project based in Central London. The preconstruction will last 60 weeks and the install is due to start March 2026.

- Compilation of O&M Manuals
The ideal candidate:
- Have 3-5 years’ experience managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations.
- Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services.
- Experience working in the commercial sector.
