Following the recent appointment of a standout Operations Director (ex-Dornan Engineering) my client has seen a significant period of growth within the healthcare, education and commercial sectors. The business boasts an enviable track record and they have made significant investment in London over the last 5 years. Their current turnover sits at £35m per annum and they have a full order book for this and next year.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handover meeting with QS/Estimator
  • Technical Submittals
  • Procurement
  • Sub-contractor and Labour Management
  • Cost Control
  • Progress Reporting
  • Health & Safety
  • Project & Program Implementation
  • Understanding of design and drawings
  • Technical & Progress Meetings
  • Regular Site Inspection and Snagging
  • Compilation of O&M Manuals

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience working within the Labs, Health or Office Sector
  • Experience in a project management role
  • Have relationships with relevant supply chain including subcontractors and suppliers.

After going through a hard labour in a Farringdon public house one evening, three maverick recruiters welcomed a healthy master business plan. As dreamers do, they embraced a salary- and security-free lifestyle spent mainly in a windowless broom cupboard office in the heart of Brick Lane. There, they set out to deliver first-class service and build a reputation for quality.
