With the business continuing to grow, they`re now looking to bring a Mechanical Design Engineer into their London office.

Role: Mechanical Design Engineer - £30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

You`ll be involved in the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects from initial concept through to construction. Working alongside experienced engineers, you`ll gain exposure to a broad range of commercial and residential schemes while developing your technical knowledge and taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.

Role/Responsibilities:

·      Assist with mechanical system designs across all RIBA Stages.

·      Assist in preparing technical reports, drawings, specifications, and schedules.

· Attend meetings and represent the company with support.

·      Participate in design team meetings, capturing key actions and learning opportunities.

·      Ensuring design and maintenance of building systems meets legislative requirements

·      Performing engineering calculations, making reasonable assumptions to support design validity

The ideal candidate:

·      3 years + experience as a mechanical designer/engineer

·      Ideally have a HNC or HND and good technical knowledge of mechanical design services.

·      Experience working in the commercial sector

·      Have the right forward-thinking attitude
